We know her as the badass girl who pushed pace alongside Shaun T (creator of INSANITY) in those hardcore workout videos.   Now after being in countless workout video series, and her a career as a dancer (yes, she even danced with Britney!), Tania, is a certified mompreneur in the business of helping people get healthier and happier.

What is your background, and how did you come to get involved in Beach Body?

My best friend, Shaun T (creator of INSANITY), brought me in to help him develop his first workout program with Beachbody, Hip Hop Abs. He and I met while we were both dancers in a musical in Los Angeles, The 10 Commandments starring Val Kilmer, Adam Lambert and Alisan Porter. Soon after Hip Hops Abs, we went on to create more Beachbody workout programs together…Rockin’ Body, INSANITY, T25, and CIZE.

As a CEO / Mom / Trainer / Dancer, how do you balance it all?

I’m a good juggler LOL. I’m not as balanced as I appear but I do my best to make it all work. I am extremely organized and my calendar is color coded with reminders and alarms. If I don’t have this system down, I would be a disaster.

For busy women who don’t have time to get to the gym or fitness studio, can you share tips for how to stay fit and work out efficiently at home? Any go-to exercises?

I work out at home 99% of the time. The only time I am not working out at home is if I’m teaching or if I’m on set filming new workouts. I have built my entire business by promoting home workouts with our Beachbody programs. Now we have Beachbody On Demand, which is like your Netflix for fitness, so you can take your workouts anywhere you go. I travel more than I am home so I often use my phone or iPad to stream my workouts in hotel rooms.

My health and fitness is all attributed to at-home workouts, eating clean, and never missing a day of Shakeology!

Time to fan girl it out. You danced with Britney and N Sync?! How was that experience?!

Being a dancer was and will always be who I am and how I identify myself. Nothing sets my soul on fire like dancing!!! I danced for Britney for 4 years and it was hands down the best dance job I ever had. It was incredible to be dancing in front of thousands of people every day, filming music videos, appearing on TV shows all over the world, and just living that lifestyle with her. Brit and I got matching tattoos for my birthday while we were in London and every time I look at it, I am reminded of those fun times. I got to see the world, dance all over the world…and get paid! We toured with NYSNC one year as their opening act and it was like one giant family. When we weren’t performing, we were always hanging out in our pjs, having fun, and just enjoying our time together. Talk about a wild ride…so much fun!!!!
